Here are some completed projects that Emily and I worked on during my two week Capstone Project.

This was a model home staged to sell in the new Percheron development. I really loved the pop of emerald green that is seen throughout the house, not a color I have seen much but was such a perfect combination with the black/white/camel colors in the rest of the home. It was super trendy and unique.

When we pulled up to this regal yet comfortable home settled yards away from the north end of Lake Minnewashta, we felt immediately at peace. The large windows and patio doors opened up to beautiful lake shore views. Union Place, located in downtown Excelsior, is on the cutting edge of home automation and technology.

This contemporary home featured a pop of red throughout chic living room. Through the accent pillows, chair, and accessories, this space added the extra 'wow' factor with the fiery color. The vibrant color turns the living room into a lively, modern place.
